Tomorrow will be May 1, the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Month.
As we embark on this month, it is necessary to get an annual check-up. There are a few ways to check up on your mental health such as accessing your informal networks, friends, family, and/or community leaders. Another method is to use formal networks such as religious leaders, licensed professionals, and/or your primary care professional. A personal method is assessing yourself by accessing Wellness Tools using the code lyazk64 and sharing information with your informal and formal networks.
